Scheduling Visits
Please schedule as far in advance as possible advance via email to doghousegirls@yahoo.com or alternatively, call 410.276.1284. We will confirm your request via email. Please include your pet's name, the date(s), and the number of visits needed each day. For dog-walking requests please specify at least a 2-hour window of time between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., e.g. 7:00-9:00 a.m., 12:00-2:00 p.m., 3:00-5:00 p.m., etc.Download our

in PDF- Since we know people have hectic schedules and that emergencies can arise, Doghouse Girls is available for same day or last minute dog-walking and pet-sitting requests. Please do not hesitate to call or email with such requests as we do our best to accommodate your pet's needs.
- Please note that weekday visits scheduled with less than 24 hours' notice and weekend visits scheduled after 12:00 p.m. on Thursday are subject to a Last Minute Larry surcharge (see below).
Fees
Method of Payment Accepted: Cash or Check payable to Doghouse Girls.
Full payment is due at time of service for all visits. For daily dog walking, payment is due at the first visit of each week, or you can pay biweekly or monthly. For pet sitting, entire payment is due at the first visit. We will confirm the amount when the visits are scheduled based on the fees below.

*Households with one dog and one cat are generally charged $18 when caring for both.
Surcharges Apply for the Following Services
- Administering Medications or Supplements: An additional $5/administration per pet for most oral or topical medications/supplements. Please provide written instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Extra Care: An additional $5/visit may apply for puppies/kittens under six months, seniors, and dogs requiring extra care or cleanup that results from accidents in the home; this is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on needs that may arise with your pet.
- Holidays: An additional$15/DAY(not per visit) is applied to visits on major holidays and holiday weekends such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
- Last Minute Larry: An additional $5/visit is applied to weekday visits scheduled with less than 24 hours' notice and to weekend visits scheduled after 12:00 p.m. on Thursday; visits on major holidays may require more advance notice depending on the specific holiday.
Cancellation Policy
- In most cases you may cancel or change a scheduled visit with at least 24 hours' advance notice at no charge.
- Holiday visits require at least 48 hours' advance notice to change or cancel at no charge. If you return home early from your trip, please call us to avoid a wasted trip.
- Pre-paid visits canceled or changed with advance notice can be applied to mutually determined future visits. Sorry, no refunds. If we arrive for a scheduled visit and your pet is not home, or if you fail to provide advance notice to cancel or change a scheduled visit, you will be charged full fee for the visit.
