Learn how to have a confident, well-mannered companion dog for life. It all starts with communicating in a way your dog understands. All classes taught by an experienced, certified professional trainer. You’ll learn how to teach and motivate your dog using the most powerful reward you can offer, your praise and affection. In most classes we incorporate basic agility equipment as a fun way to build your dog’s self-confidence.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes are one hour and currently held outdoors at The Dock @ Canton Baptist Church, 3302 Toone Street, Baltimore, MD 21224



Baltimore Puppy Training


Puppy Preschool

Intensive course for puppies 10 to 18 weeks of age

Our program will set you on the right path to a successful relationship with your pup. Each week we’ll cover basic problem solving, proper socialization, confidence building, and various educational topics. You’ll learn about house training, crate training, chewing, play biting, and how to prevent future problems such as resource guarding and separation anxiety. Puppies need their FIRST ROUND of distemper + parvo vaccines to participate in puppy playtime. [$149]

Note: If you’re had your puppy at home for a week + there’s no sign of illness, you can start at 9 weeks old.

Three (3) in-person group sessions: SATURDAYS, 10:30am-11:30am, Outdoors @ The Dock at Canton Baptist Church

AND

Two (2) Virtual group sessions: MONDAYS, 7:30pm-8:30pm via Zoom (meeting is recorded)

Building Confidence through Urban Agility
a 3-week course for dogs 5 months and older

Using agility type equipment, you’ll teach your dog to get on, go over, around and even under objects. Think of it as urban agility or parkour for dogs. It’s great fun and confidence building for all dogs. No need for special equipment at home, you can look for objects on your regular walks to practice. Walks become more fun for you and your dog! [$150]

Polite Pooch
a 5-lesson foundation course for basic leash manners and obedience for dogs 5 months and older

This group class helps you achieve good manners like walking politely on leash, not bolting out the front door and keeping 4 paws on the floor. You’ll learn how to get and maintain your dog’s attention, proper leash handling skills and basic obedience commands.We also use basic agility equipment as a fun way to build your dog’s self-confidence and practice loose leash walking skills around other dogs and people.
